5. Any other element that facilitates location of the Personal Data

For rectification requests, you must indicate the modifications and provide supporting documentation. To cancel your Personal Data, our relationship must be terminated, as the data is necessary to provide services.

DezaSearch will respond within 20 calendar days from receiving the request. If appropriate, the request will be fulfilled within 15 days of the response. These deadlines may be extended once for the same period if justified.

In case of a security breach involving your Personal Data that significantly affects your property or moral rights, DezaSearch will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, you may request the initiation of a protection procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection.
